With your debit card you’ll get a letter with instructions on how to go to the website listed and log in to activate your account. After you do that, you can use your re-loadable, re-usable Visa debit card at more than 800,000 ATMs and 8 million merchants worldwide. Or, if you prefer, you can transfer the funds from your debit card account directly to your personal bank account.

If you can’t wait a couple more days for your card to arrive in the mail, we have a way you can access it right now. Just call Citibank – our debit card partner – at 1-800-422-1992, and if your account is already activated they can help you transfer the funds directly from their bank to your personal bank account. Remember, we have a lot of activity going on this week with so many commissions being paid out, so don’t worry if your account is not yet activated. That just means they are in the process of verifying all of your mailing information so that your pre-loaded card arrives in the right place.
