Just call Citibank – our debit card partner – at 1-800-422-1992, and if your account is already activated they can help you transfer the funds directly from their bank to your personal bank account. Remember, we have a lot of activity going on this week with so many commissions being paid out, so don’t worry if your account is not yet activated. That just means they are in the process of verifying all of your mailing information so that your pre-loaded card arrives in the right place.

Depending on where you live, you should receive your Visa debit card within the next few days. Enjoy your commissions!
